After a successful career in the retail sector and then setting up my accounting practice, I learnt that I had built skills that helped me communicate with people.

Mainly, these skills were to help them understand the solution to what they thought was the problem. Whether this was something holding them back, a simple excuse or a deep self-belief issue.

This is where I found my passion!
